In addition, the food is excellent, so grumpy passengers get a little mollified. The convenience to the airport and the necessity for Austrian Airlines to have a hotel nearby to lodge the high number of its bumped off passengers (like us) are probably what sustain this hotel. The buffet dinner was quite good, and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and of good quality. Bed and pillow were not too comfortable, but the linen seemed fresh. The hallways where the rooms are seem cramped, tight and felt like a low-cost hotel. Entrance and lobby of hotel is decent although as soon as you get to the elevator and glimpse a hallway of room doors just beside it, you get the feeling that it all is not all shiny and awesome here. If you're only needing to stay for a few hours like we did, flying in very late and taking an early flight out, then this hotel serves the purpose as it's just a stone's throw from the airport doors.
